North Parade in Falmouth sit’s on the waters edge with wonderful views over the Fal Estuary to Flushing. The clients purchased a run down mundic Bungalow which was in a bad state of dis-repair. The bungalow was replaced with a sensitively designed energy efficient home.

The design of the house makes the most of the views with a projecting bay window. The dark simple form makes a striking addition to the street scape. This House was carefully orientated with views and light in mind. Internally spaces adapt to the sloping site with interesting level changes allowing spaces to be zoned carefully.
